Errors between Paylink and NV200 Spectral

Hi,

I'm seeing some erratic 0x40 errors with NV200 Spectral. They may be working seamlessly for some days and, suddenly, 0x40 errors appears during some minutes/hours. Sometimes they are solved rebooting the computer, sometimes they are not.
The firmware I'm using is Genoa 4.1.12.13. The NV200 Spectral firmware is 4.21.
There are some identical units that works seamlessly, but there are others that not.

Hi,

I'm afraid I can't do anything with sight of a Paylink log.

If you could zip up the entire Paylink log file next time this happens (I should be quite small), then I'll check out what is happening.
