Hi,
With a B2B300, which is a CCNet device, with the "ESCROW Y Bills on cassette X" option, we are able to use a recycler as escrow.
My question: is there a way to do the same with a JCM iPro-RC (with ID003 or CCTalk protocol)? We tried with no success.
I suspect the answer is "NO" but I'm asking to be sure.
Thanks for any advice.
Best regards

Re: JCM iPro ID003 and escrow
Hello,
We have exactly the same issue. We know that we can use recycler for simulating escrow of 2 different denominations, but how to just use recycler as escrow disregarding denomination?
Thanks,
Marcin

Re: JCM iPro ID003 and escrow
No, sorry, you can't do that.
Multi note Escrow, the ability to put any note on the recycle rolls so that it can be refunded, is a feature of the note recycler firmware not a feature added on by Paylink.
The MEI SCR Advance, MEI BNR and the B2B series are the only devices that are available with the appropriate firmware.
As of the last time we checked, the iPro did not have this facility.
