"Dead, Fault" status for peripherals I connect

Post by spear »

Hi,

I have the following devices;
Coin acceptors;
V2Eagle,
G13.mft both using cctalk protocol.

Bill Validators;
ICT V77E and ICT L83 both can use cctalk or ICT104-u protocol.

After I connect these devices on PayLink and run the c# demo program they are all recognized as "dead or faulty".
The demo program too does not recognize any device.

what could be the problem?

Thanks in advance

If you are getting nowhere, then the diagnostics output should be useful - that will show you if anything is getting recognized at all.
