A Paylink system only makes any sense if you have a note / coin acceptor and / or a hopper.

The standard development pack from MCL includes cables that connect all their peripherals to a Paylink - if you haven't got that you'll have to make up your cables.

To see Paylink and the API at work, you need to run the AESWDriver program to establish the link between Paylink and the PC and then run the Demo program.

At this point you should be able to put money in the acceptors and see it register on the screen, and you should be able to issue Payout requests that a processed by the hoppers.

At this point you can look at and run the 5 line C programs that detect coin input and that issue payout requests.
