Hopper's value error

Hi Dave, This is my problem...

I have 4 hoppers and their values are

10.00 C,
5.00 B,
2.00 B,
1.00 B, as I can see in the attached images in each one.

But the paylink, returns me the list of connected hoppers, as follows:

1 --> 100 (when I expect 1000)
2 --> 50 (when I expect 500)
3 --> 20 (when I expect 200)
4 --> 10 (when I expect 100)

Apparently, that values don't match with the values that indicate the stickers.

I always divided all the values that paylink returns me by 100 (because the values are in cents). So, here the values listed above, should corresponds to 1, 0.50, 0.20 and 0.10 respectively. And this values, aren't the same values listed at the beggining.

For example, supose that I want hoppers pay me $10. The dispensers refunds me ten coins from the "10.00 C" hopper. When actually, it has to give just one coin from that hopper.

I want to know if there is any solution, like updating the paylink firmware, or another similar to solve the problem.

There is no way that Paylink can tell what coin a hopper is designed for as the electronics in the hopper doesn't know.

The main method whereby Paylink determined the value of a coin in a hopper is to go off the cctalk address, selected by hardwiring the connector.

Releases of Paylink after 1.10.7 allow the value of the coin associated with a Dispenser to be re-assigned.
To do this:
• the dispenser to be updated should be found using ReadDispenserDetails(),
• the Dispenser.Value updated to the new value,
• the Dispenser.Status field changed to DISPENSER_REASSIGN_VALUE
• and WriteDispenserDetails() used to update the record to Paylink.
Paylink will acknowledge that the update has been processed by setting the Dispenser.Status field to DISPENSER_VALUE_REASSIGNED. If this value is not seen in the Dispenser.Status field, then the value change has not be processed by Paylink.
