Problems between Paylink and RM5 Comestero group.

Hello,

We have a RM5 coin acceptor from Comestero group, which is configured for ccTalk communication and connected to the Paylink also by the ccTalk port and Paylink connected to PC by USB port. When executing the "Paylink Walk Thro" application and modifying the "Standard.cfg" file to tell the Paylink that we have connected a coin acceptor, in the "Acceptors" section, the Paylink detects that we have a coin acceptor connected but not it detects its configuration:






When running the test program in our application and insert a coin in the acceptor, the system detects that there is a system event(AESImhei.NextSystemEvent(EventDetail)), but it is not detected that there is an acceptor event(AESImhei.NextAcceptorEvent(0, EventDetail)).

Could you tell us if our acceptor RM5 ccTalk is really supported by PayLink? And if so, how could we make the Paylink aware of the configuration of our acceptor?
