Hi
I have connected a Paylink to my computer and when i go to install the driver i get a message 'Genoa not found'. The Paylink is connected to the computer with a usb cable and also have 12 volts connected to it. I have not idea what is wrong. Please Help

It sound as though you've not got the low levels drivers installed. Have a look in Device Manager.
