Issue Java and Linux

Post by Georgevik »

I am trying to use Paylink in Ubuntu 14.04 SO in Java, however my target SO will be Raspbian, but I am working previusly in Ubuntu . When I execute the file "test.sh" it does not report any issue, but when I execute

Code: Select all

java Tester
It report the next error

Code: Select all

java: symbol lookup error: /usr/local/lib/libAESImheiJava.so.1.2.0: undefined symbol: OpenMHEVersion
I have looking this post viewtopic.php?f=1&t=352, but I could not fix my issue.

The instalation with the file "Install.sh" was completly fine, all the steps were passed. In addition, in makefile from the java's folder I changed the order of the libs from "-lm -lrt -laes_access -lstdc++" to "-laes_access -lm -lrt -lstdc++".

I dont know how can I do to solve my problem. Any ideas?

Hi,

The problem actually lies in the order in which libraries are specified. When linking the .so, the underlying aes_access.so should appear after the object file, and the make file had it appearing before.

I don't understand why this did not go wrong while we were testing, but an updated makefile for this (and a similar problem with the link of aes_access.so itself) can be download from: http://aardvark.eu.com/downloads/software/Update.tar.gz

If you start again, by deleting the directory tree PaylinkSourceDist and then recreating it with:

Code: Select all

tar -xf PaylinkSourceDist.tar.gz
you can then update that with

Code: Select all

tar -xf Update.tar.gz
before running ./Install.sh. The result should work!
