We received 4 SR3 coin acceptors. 3 of them allways take coins, meaning these devices immediately start accepting coins when we turn them on, before we actually start application program. We can't disable it.
And only one works as we expected - we can enable/disable it or inhibit coins.
How could we disable coin acception on these acceptors?

This is not a PayLink issue, but the way the SR3 units have been configured.
The SR3 can be setup at factory to operate in ccTalk or Parallel.
Who do you deal with from Money Controls in regards to technical queries? They will need to reprogram your non-working units to have Credit Poll ON, and Internal Inhibits.
