Driver Restart

Post by wes_psousa »

Hello
I have noticed that some times when I am performing a payout operation the driver performs a restart. Although the payout operation completes with success I would like to ask if this is normal and why it happen?
(I added log above with an example of payout operation)

I have also noticed that sometimes only the driver is running and I am not doing any operation and it performs a restart. Is this normal? Why does it happen?

Thank you very much for your attention.

It looks to me as though you've excessive noise getting onto your USB connection.

The following lines show problems with the USB data:
15:53:32.585 USB: Chk wait 166/150
15:53:32.585 PC: USB Checkpoint fault 17877<>ffffff 166<>255 (10)
15:53:32.585 PC: USB Resend from 156
15:53:32.585 USB: Chk wait 166/150
15:53:32.585 PC: Unit stuck at send
15:53:32.585 USB: Chk wait 166/150
15:53:32.585 PC: Unit stuck at send
We stongly recommend the use of ferrite cores on the USB lead at the Paylink end.
Aardvark software developer. Please put all communication on the problem through the board for the benefit of others.
