I got a few questions.
It's possible to installl two paylink system's in same computer?
We installed to controller's, using USB, but we can only access one.
The goal is to access to one system based on the inserted coin.
By example:
We got two system's, lower and higher. If the user insert a coin in the higher, all process (payout and accept) will be processed only by this system (higher), the other one will be inactive.
Is this possible?

Almeida

At present, this is not possible.
The support software on the PC provides no facilities for selecting which of the connected Paylink units is being referenced. The OS will present one of the Paylinks (presumably the 1st detected) to the interface, which will then not look for any others.
We do have a theoretical design for accomplishing this, but the apparent market is not large enough to support the development effort.
The non technical solution, if you believe that your company will be buying large volumes of Paylinks, is to go back through your supply chain with a commitment to buy Paylinks in volume if the update is made.

Following on from my last post, we have received significant interest in multiple Paylinks on one PC.
We now have a beta standard release for the solution, which only involves changes to the PC software, the Paylink firmware itself remains unchanged.
If you are interested, you can download it from: ftp://aesoffice.eu.com/FTPSpace/DualPaylink.zip
