Sorry about the delay - been on holiday.

The unit performs an automatic internal self test at first power on - which requires the presence of a number of "loop back" connectors. 2C indicates that all the loop back tests have failed!

This implies that your unit has lost it's "self test OK" status. (or just possibly it somehow missed initial testing.)

Your easiest route is to regard this as a failure and return the unit.
