DAVE:
Hello, i have a trouble with the paylink
in the paylink, the leds green is in OFF
and red is in OFF

in WINDOWED USB DRIVER say:

"09:59:46.50 Opening Genoa USB unit...
09:59:46.85 OK, ID: 0x0403 0xde50
09:59:46.85 Description: Genoa USB Hub
09:59:46.85 Manufacturer: Aardvark (AE)"

and in the status line says:
"Warning: Unit selftest failure code 0"

This began when by error I ran the program "GenoaArdac2V4-1-10-4.exe" and my computer turn off, without complete the action.

please help, i must send my interactive kiosk in 03 of January.

please it tell me that it was not burned

What now I do?

Hi Vilosh,

You have lost the firmware in the unit, and so you cannot reporgram it from the USB cable.

You can still re-program it using the built in the hardware reprogramming facility

, but you will need to alter a standard netwrk cable in order to create a programming cable.

I already connected the cable and I was re-programmer the Pay link, I used the information of the forum to obtain it.
