Problem connecting ICT bill acceptor by id003 to paylink

Good morning, greetings, I have a problem connecting the ICT bill acceptor to the Paylink device. It does not enable it. The bill acceptor is already in the ID003 protocol. The JCM UBA or ARDACK bill acceptor recognizes and enables them without problems. What could I be doing wrong?

Good evening, greetings. I'm letting you know that I've already solved the problem. I updated the firmware to V4-1-10 and that enabled the ICT bill acceptor.
