Paylink device stopped working

Good evening greetings, I have a problem with a paylink, it just stopped working, the last thing it did was turn on the green light, now none of it turns on when I connect the USB cable, nor does it do so if I connect the 12 V voltage. I ran the demo and this is what it shows me, thanks

I'm sorry but there's nothing in your post that appears to correspond to any particular fault. It doesn't look like software / firmware to me so I suspect there is a hardware fault, although it doesn't line up with any of the common ones.

The best idea is probably to try a different unit, if that works then you can return the original one as faulty.

Good morning, greetings, thank you very much for responding. I have another question. Do you know where I can download the PayLink device diagram so I can learn about the components and try to locate any possible damage? I have more than 6 damaged PayLinks and need time to find the error or electronic damage. Thank you very much. I would appreciate it.

I'm sorry, but we are only concerned with the firmware.

Everything about the hardware is handled by Crane PI. I'm pretty sure they won't send you anything, but you can always try asking your distributor / supplier.
