When clicking the button to download VcRuntime from Microsoft, you get a 404 not found.
Is there another link?

Hi,
For some reason Microsoft have change things round. There now a single zip file, with VcRuntime (UCRT) for all versions of Windows earlier than Windows 10.
If you download the zip from here: http://aardvark.eu.com/downloads/softwa ... wsUCRT.zip there's a file "Windows UCRT ReadMe.rtf" which explains which file to use with which OS release.
