Hello,
We have discovered strange issue. It is probably connected to broken iPRO-RC unit, but maybe you will know something that we can find useful.
We have 7 iPRO-RC units in our company that are handled by Paylink's (same version) and our Software (same version too). 5 of them works fine, but in 2 notes are being routed into end-cassette instead of recycler. We want to route 10 and 20 PLN notes into recycler.
Here you can find logs for "bad" iPRO:
https://pastebin.com/XU47tm3t
Here are "good" iPRO's logs:
https://pastebin.com/uq2y9A3P
We have tried moving "bad" iPRO into "good" device and issue still exists (so probably not connected with Paylink).
We have also tried moving "good" iPRO into device that had "bad" iPRO and then everyting works fine.
Any help appreciated!

Re: iPRO-RC issue with routing
Hi,
Checking out the log, there is no difference in how Paylink behaves. It issues the stack to recycler command, and the iPro responds that it is routing it to the stacker.
Your log doesn't cover the startup, during which Paylink confirms the routing, but have you tried using the demo program to change the routing around to see that makes it reset itself?
Appart from that, I suggest you obtain a JCM test program and use that to see if that dinds the same problem.
