2 of my coin hoppers started giving this Fraud Allert error that prevents the hopper from working. This is after 2 years of working properly. Do you know what causes this and how to fix? I need this fixed fast. Please get back to me right away, even if you just have a quick response for now. Thanks

When F56 bills jam

We are running the F56 bill dispenser with 4 denominations and 5 coin hoppers through the Paylink controller. It is good that paylink can handle all these devices but it is undesierable when the F56 bills jam and then paylink pays out the amount with coins. Is there a setting or any way we can avoid...

Thanks Dave, This last update worked excellent. The Fujitsu F53 and F56 work perfect now with the Canadian Polymer bills. In fact, we still have many old non-polymer bills mixed in and it works great with both types of bills. I think this configuration is best for all countries with all types of bil...

The problem mentioned in the previous posts on this subject is specifically related to countries using the Polymer (plastic) banknotes . At this time, this includes: Australia, Bermuda, Brunei, Canada, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Romania and Vietnam. The Fujitsu F53 and F56 have a bit that must b...
