The Paylink counters are 32 bits, and operate in the base value of the currency - so for US it's in cents.
Most countries will never get close to the $20,000,000.00 limit that implies, so there's no need to use Reset.
A few countries have a currency where the smallest sensible denomination has a numerical value much greater than 1, users in these countries may want to reset the counters to avoid hitting the 2,000,000,000 overflow value.
