Hi,
Using the Paylink USB drivers, although the Paylink USB installs the driver won't run, it reports:
Windows cannot load the device driver for the hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing (Code 39)
Can you help,
Nathan

Re: Error 31 (ERROR_GEN_FAILURE)
Hi, The only thing that comes to mind is that the PC where this installation is running was set up more recently than the others. In my older setups I was using 32-bit programs and it could be that in previous installations, while in this newer installation, the programs are 64-bit. Maybe since my a...

Error 31 (ERROR_GEN_FAILURE) using IIS
Hi, I have a Paylink controller that I'm trying to access from a .NET (4.5) program in C#. I have this code running on several computers and it works correctly, but on one particular computer, the following line throws an error: var OpenRes = AESImhei.OpenMHE(); I expect the result to be 0, but I'm ...

Do you have .NET framework 6.0 or 8.0 class libraries for the Paylink 4.1.12.14 release SDK
Hi,
I see that the latest release supports the new VS 2022 frameworks.
If I want to continue to use my existing 4.1.12.14 SDK can I still get .NET framework 6.0 or 8.0 class libraries for it.

Hi,
I’m planning on using Visual Studio 2022 to produce an application in .Net Framework 6.0 – will there be any problems in using Paylink.
Thanks

Hi,
When a hopper is in a permanent state of: PAY_FRAUD. Is there any way to reset this status?
Or should the hopper be replaced?
Thanks

Paylink Resets every 3 seconds after adding F53
Hi, I have a Paylink where an error occurred when trying to enable an F53 note dispenser in the config. The Paylink is in a constant loop resetting the USB line about every three seconds. I can't reset it, I tried to upload a different firmware but that programming utility fails. I need a way to res...

shm_open error with USB Driver (on Linux)
Hi, I have an annoying problem. Occasionally when I run AESCDriver, Paylink or the firmware updater it comes up with the error: [USBDriver] ERROR: Creating shared memory segment (shm_open) I can work around this by rebooting the system, but obviously this is not ideal. Can you explain what causes th...

Paylink, iPro and SSP
Hi, We have just received information from JCM that the production of the JCM-iPro will be discontinued shortly. As an alternative we've had good experiences with ITL's NV200 on other machines, so that would be a good alternative. However, the devices work with the protocols eSSP/SSP (smiley-secure-...
